By choosing to hire from Felicity Hat Hire Boutique, you are agreeing to the following terms:
1) You must return your hat in the same condition as it was supplied to you.
2) A refundable deposit equal to the hire price will be required upon the collection of your hat. If someone is collecting on your behalf, please let them know.
3) If you damage the hat and/or box (rips, holes, make-up, water, food, etc) we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
4) If the hat and/or box are not returned to the shop or damaged beyond repair, the full retail price will be charged.
5) Please avoid spraying perfume on your hat as the smell can be difficult to remove for the next use.
6) Please keep away from candles and naked flames. Once burnt, this cannot be repaired.
7) Dates for collection and return are on your booking slip. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for late returns. Appointments are not needed for collections and returns.
8) If you cancel a hire (whatever the circumstances) refund is via credit note and valid for one year. Once a hat leaves the shop, it is classed as a hire and is non-refundable.
Our hats are both delicate and expensive and we ask that you take good care of yours, so that the next lady can enjoy wearing it. Keep away from pets, children and drunken men!
